What should I be aware of or sensitive to if my partner was sexually assaulted?

    I believe that people should be aware and sensitive if their partner has been sexually assaulted because it helps your partner become more comfortable with you. When someone is sexually assaulted, many people point fingers and look to blame someone (usually the survivor). In return, the survivor begins to feel as if they are alone and no one understands them. Having a partner who is aware and sensitive to sexual assault is amazing and will allow the survivor to become more comfortable about it and possibly begin to open up….
